Are you new to Point Cook? Are you looking for a loving community with which to connect? Are you looking for friendship? Are you looking for greater fulfilment in life?
A warm welcome to you!
Cross Culture is a dynamic gathering, where you can encounter God and encounter loving community. Every Sunday of the year, we gather together. We worship Jesus Christ and enjoy fellowship with many others from the Point Cook community and beyond.
How it started.
CrossCulture Point Cook Church was started by Pastor Ian Hawley in 2008 with the full support of CrossCulture City Church. In the beginning, the church met at the Jamieson Way Community Centre.
At the time, the church had around 20 families. It quickly outgrew the community center’s biggest room, and the church moved to a bigger facility the YMCA center.
Since that time, the church always prayed for its own permanent space of worship in Point Cook. With God’s blessing, building for the church’s new home in the SOHO Alamanda village started in 2015.
In April 2017 the church completed its building project. It is currently led by an elected leadership team with a strong commitment to the spread of the gospel both locally and overseas.
