What is the English Corner?
English Corner offers conversational English lessons for adults in Point Cook, in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. We provide a great opportunity for people from all over the world to practice their English while meeting new friends. We also organise fun activities, so come and join us!
Who are we?
We are a group of Christian volunteers who want to meet you and welcome you to our city.
Who is English Corner for?
We host weekly English Corner programs from the church premises. We do not hold classes during the school holidays. During the current pandemic, we have moved Online (temporarily) using Zoom. These include young people on working holiday visas, visitors, temporary and permanent residents. Adults over the age of 17 are welcome to come and learn.
How do I join?
Currently please click the register now button below. It only costs a one-time donation of $2.00 that you pay when you first register when we meet face-to-face. This registration fee covers the printing and administration to keep us going. Volunteers are also welcome!
